At World of Wonder Childcare Center, every program is built on a foundation of research-backed, play-based learning. Our bilingual Spanish and English curriculum is woven naturally throughout every classroom, every activity, and every interaction. From the moment a child enters our doors as an infant through their transition into pre-K, they are immersed in a warm, consistent learning environment designed to support the whole child.
Our teachers are trained to observe each child's individual development and tailor activities to their unique needs and interests. With three convenient locations in Hoboken and Jersey City, every center runs the same bilingual curriculum and follows the same standard of care. Whether your family is near our Harrison Street location, our Jackson Street center, or our Johnston Avenue location in Jersey City, your child will receive the same quality experience.
We offer both full-time and part-time enrollment to fit your family's needs. Part-time families can choose two days per week, Tuesday and Thursday, or three days per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Availability varies by location and program, so we recommend reaching out early to confirm the schedule you want.
A Typical Day at World of Wonder
Every day at World of Wonder follows a balanced routine that combines structured learning, guided play, and plenty of time for rest and nourishment. Our daily schedule is designed to give children predictability and comfort while still allowing room for spontaneity and discovery.
Morning arrival includes a warm greeting from teachers in both Spanish and English, followed by free play and breakfast. Throughout the morning, children participate in circle time, sensory activities, art projects, and age-appropriate academic exercises. After lunch, younger children rest while older groups enjoy quiet activities before afternoon outdoor play, music, and enrichment sessions.
We partner with local businesses in Hoboken and Jersey City to bring extracurricular activities to our children throughout the year, including music, yoga, sports, woodworking, soccer, and swimming in the summer. These partnerships allow our children to experience a diverse range of activities that support physical development, coordination, creativity, and self-expression.
Parents receive daily updates, photos, and detailed reports through our parent communication app, so you always know how your child's day is going. We believe that strong communication between home and school is essential to your child's success.
Our open-door policy means parents are always welcome to visit, observe, and participate in classroom activities. We also host regular family events that bring our WOW community together, creating lasting friendships among children and parents alike.

Bilingual Immersion
Both Spanish and English are woven naturally throughout the entire day, starting from infancy.
