Use Your Employer Child Care Benefits at World of Wonder

Many employers offer child care benefits through Bright Horizons or Vivvi. Our two Hoboken centers partner with both programs, so eligible families can put those benefits toward their child's care with us and save on tuition. These benefits are not available at our Jersey City center.

Our Benefit Partners

Both programs are employer benefits. Your HR team or benefits portal can confirm whether your employer offers one of them.

Bright Horizons Back-Up Care

Bright Horizons Back-Up Care is a benefit many employers provide to help families cover child care on the days they need it. Our Hoboken centers are Bright Horizons partner centers, so you can use your Back-Up Care days with us at either Hoboken location.

Vivvi

Vivvi works with employers to provide child care benefits, including back-up care at partner centers. Our Hoboken centers are Vivvi partner centers, so if your employer offers Vivvi, you can use your benefit days with us the same way.

Where You Can Use Your Benefit

Both programs are accepted at our two Hoboken centers. Employer child care benefits are not available at our Jersey City center on Johnston Ave.

How It Works at World of Wonder

You request the dates, we accept them, and the savings show up as a credit on your tuition.

  • Confirm your benefit. Check your benefits portal or ask your HR team whether your employer offers Bright Horizons Back-Up Care or Vivvi, and register with the program if you have not already.
  • Request your dates. Through your benefit program, request the specific dates your child will attend World of Wonder. Requests need to be made ahead of time, because credits cannot be applied after the fact.
  • We accept the dates. Our office confirms the request on our side. Your daily rate multiplied by the number of accepted days is your credit.
  • The credit appears on next month's tuition. Dates requested in November, for example, show as a credit on your December tuition. Tuition is still due on the first of the month, with the credit applied.

Considering one of our Hoboken centers? If your employer offers either program, mention it when you book a tour and our team will walk you through how the benefit applies to your enrollment.

Common Questions About Benefit Credits

Our two Hoboken centers: 133 Harrison St. and 401 Jackson St. Employer child care benefits are not available at our Jersey City center on Johnston Ave.

Request the specific dates your child will attend World of Wonder through your benefit program. Once we accept the dates, the credit for those days is calculated and applied to your account.

Your daily rate is your monthly tuition multiplied by 12, divided by 52, then divided by the number of days your child attends each week: 5 for a full-time schedule, or 3 or 2 for part-time.

We multiply your daily rate by the number of accepted days to determine the credit.

No. Credits are only valid for requested days your child attends and cannot be applied after the fact.

Credits are applied to the following month's tuition. For example, if you request dates in November, the credit will appear on your December tuition.

Any canceled date is deducted from the credit for that request.

Yes. Tuition is due on the first of every month, and our regular late fees apply to any late payment after credits are applied.

No. Credits are non-transferable and apply only to the child for whom the benefit was requested.

All credits and billing adjustments follow World of Wonder's tuition policies. If you have a question about your account, contact our office at (201) 216-0890 or office@worldofwondercenter.com.

Contact our office and we will let you know whether we participate in your employer's program.
